Job Vacancy - Graphic Designer (Print + Web + Ad design)

Creativity + Great Design Skills + Flexibility + Humor. These are the minimum requirements for the job. As the new designer, you will be required to contribute towards the creative direction of the company, ensuring that its reputation for professional and innovative work is maintained and developed. We want someone who is at ease with both the marker and the mouse and can produce saleable ideas rather than wallpaper and is capable of delivering imaginative concepts and creative layouts bang on brief, on time without compromising quality.

You should be comfortable with Print, Web and Ad design work and be proficient in all or most of the usual design software packages including Adobe Suite, Corel Suite, HTML5 and Flash. You’ll mostly be working on projects like websites, logos, print and web ads, magazine layouts, multimedia presentations, brochures, newsletters, marketing collaterals, posters, invitations, etc.

You’ll have to be incredibly creative, self motivated, possess good communication skills, have an obsessive eye for detail and be prepared to work under pressure but most importantly, you’ll have an ability to work independently on multiple projects, meet deadlines and be happy to deal with clients directly from concept to completion.

In addition, the position will require a certain amount of project management and account handling, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, on budget and on brief, and ensuring that the company consistently over-delivers on projects. Advertising or Graphic design agency background preferred. Web programming skills would also be helpful but not completely essential.

Job Vacancy – Sales & Marketing Associate (Part time options also available)

We are looking for a confident, determined, results-driven sales person ideally an MBA preferably with at least 1 year ad agency or web studio experience who can successfully sell & market our diverse services, consistently meet monthly targets, generate new business and handle existing & potential clients. Someone who can both cold call potential new clients and develop existing enquires to a successful close.

You should be willing to learn new skills, go into areas that you haven't been before and to take on challenges that consistently push you to the limits. You need to meet new challenges with spirit and determination and aggressively contribute towards the bottom line of the company.

You will pitch for new clients, prepare proposals to meet client briefs and coordinate with clients during the development of projects ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met, that the level of business with the client is maximized and that client satisfaction is always high.

Needless to say, integrity, a proactive go-getter attitude, high energy levels, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail are an absolute must. In addition you'll need to be obsessive about customer service, be willing to put in extra hours to achieve deadline, possess the ability to work effectively and quickly on your own, to contribute to a team and still smile at the end of the day.
